My friend took me on in a big group of mutuals and it was honesty an exhilarating experience. I had never done any breed of competitive fighting like this so it was really fun and I'm hoping we come back sometime soon. Our guide was really cool as well despite me being a little stupid the whole time. (Shot gun with cork in twice in a row for example.) All and all, wonderful experience, just wish the armory wasn't so expensive.
A fantastic place to spend the day. Always a blast. Rob is a great Ref. Had to adjust my marker today as it was alot colder than the last time I played. I didn't even have to get my tools out of the bag or set down my marker. The ref at the chrone had an Allen key a bumped me up to a solid FPS.

For general paintball admissions, refunds on pre-paid paint orders are available if canceled at least one day in advance. However, pre-paid paint money may be retained for no-shows, same-day cancellations, or late arrivals. For special scenario games like Stalingrad, entry tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Refunds for pre-purchased paintballs for scenario games require cancellation 10 days prior to the event; otherwise, the money will be retained for cancellations within 10 days, no-shows, or late arrivals.

Terrible customer service. We made a reservation as one of the stops for a bachelor party. We arrived at 5:00 knowing that they closed at 6:00. Willing to play for the time we had. When we got there we were greeted by a surly staff member who told us that they were closing soon so it was no point in even bothering to go on the field. He was starting to tell us to come back, when I told him that we would just play for the time we had. He snapped No let me finish, and proceeded to tell me that I should come back at 9:00 in the morning. I told him that we had a large party from all over and that we wanted to play. He said fine you are in charge of gathering all the forms and getting everything together. after we got the forms together, he returned to reiterate that we really should just go home after spending $300and without a refund. At this point I asked him to stop telling me that, as it was not helpful. I asked him to help us rather than do heckle us and ask us to leave. He responded get your mask on. When we arrived to the paintball field, my gun fell apart and spilled my paintballs all over the ground. There was no one there to assist me. Our referee was a nasty little child, with an Napoleon complex. He kept reiterating that there was not a lot of time. Which we were well aware of. While we were playing we called a timeout to gather more paintballs and regroup. He became very upset asked us to please return to playing, as we did not have that much time left. The time seemed to be so much of an issue for the staff, that it almost ruined our trip. No one in our group was concerned about how much time we had, and we hadn't planned on playing for that long anyway. The child told me several times to return to the field as if he was in charge of me. When I reminded him that we had spent close to $300 to be there and to treat us with some customer service he became very quiet and sulked for the rest of the time
Went with a bachelor party of 10 and had a blast. We had Q as our ref and he was great. You're better off upgrading your gun as the one that comes with the admission fee isnt the best. Went to about 6 different places and did multiple different types of matches. The only 2 things I ddnt like was that the start process was to long. Took about 2 hrs before we started our first match and the refs need to be more on top of people shooting at each other within 10 feet.
Went there my 1st time a couple years ago, everyone was telling me how awesome it is "it's the best place in the world to paintball" well let me tell ya, after about 7 visits. This place is AMAZING, a Lil pricey with the paint, but you get what you pay for. Nice Refs, Great maps, exciting and exhilarating. Can't wait to try the "Invasion of Normandy" Aka "ION". I've gone to other facilities on the east coast ALL fail in comparison
