The players had a great time, and we’re already planning to come back! Kyle, who assisted us, was friendly and super helpful. The birthday celebrant had a blast! I’m giving 4 stars because the girls at the cashier didn’t handle a certain situation professionally. Thankfully, the manager/owner stepped in and resolved it. If you want happy, returning customers, I’d recommend better training in professionalism for the front-line staff. Other than that, we truly enjoyed our visit and will definitely return!

We recently celebrated my son’s 12th birthday at Pinnacle Paintball, and I can confidently say it was one of the best party experiences we’ve ever had! From start to finish, the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and safely — while keeping the fun level sky-high.
Pinnacle Paintball Park exceeded our expectations! As a first-time paintballing family, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Our referee, Kyle, was fantastic—his energy, guidance, and sense of fun made our visit truly unforgettable. Every moment was exciting, and the two-hour drive was absolutely worth it. If you’re looking for a thrilling and well-organized paintball adventure, this is the place to go!
What a Great Place i visited today for the 1st formthe castle jam event. Which was awesome but . The staff was supper Friendly and helpful! The property from the parking lot to the Fields and everything in-between was immaculate!! The owners and staff truly car and it really shows. Great work everyone i can't wait to come Back .you Guys put on an amazing event today I was impressed with everything!! And I'm looking forward to Castle Jam 2026!!!!!!!
