My brother and I wanted to try out the VR craze and came across this place to give it a try. Seemed OK at first but unfortunately, the first game we tried Arizona Sunshine was a real mess to figure out, spent 15 minutes just trying to determine the techinical issues involved and not much help to offer a solution to the problems. Since the clock was ticking my brother and I decided to switch to another game which was Ari Arena and while the controls worked a bit better overall the experience of the game itself was really disappointing and not fun at all. Specifically we didn't like the idea of teleporting to walk from one place to another. We thought it was going to be natural movements but that's not the case. Also it seems the equipment used were not really top of line VR machines, we were not really blown away by the resolution or immersiveness that one should expect from a VR arcade. The lenses were smudged and not clean either. We had to leave early, we still had a half hour to go but just couldn't handle more of being the disappointed experience. Maybe one day VR arcade can be an amazing experience but this one definitely was not it.
First time ever trying virtual reality let alone an escape room! Location was easy to find with plenty of parking in the plaza. The front desk rep was kind and explained everything in details and was very helpful! It was about $80 for two people but you play for 50 minutes !! Honestly was worth it. We had a blast & laughed so much! Would absolutely go again! & to top it off, we beat the escape room Jungle Quest! There were many types of games to choose from! Wish there was a way to get a copy of your virtual game or a photo! They can also add a cool advantage of giving people an escaped sticker if they win!

Service and staff were excellent. Rented the place out for a 13 yr old boys birthday party. Space was great including a little party area in the back. All the boys had tons of fun and so did the adults. We will definitely be back!
Had a wonderful time for my friend bday outing. We played the medium level horror room and were able to escape it. The gentlemen was so helpful when we got scared, and twisted up in the headgear. Great location, very spacious, fun fit everyone no matter what age. Will definitely be back again. Of course to top it all off we escaped 😊
Pretty fun, lot of options, did one of the easy escape rooms. Took a while to understand how to use the trigger even though it was just two buttons. One to teleport, one to interact. Would not have progressed without the beginning hint that we were supposed to interact with green smileys. Not as magical as I hear other large warehouse places with rails for their vr headsets supposedly are, you are pretty much confined within a 10 ft space, but had fun nonetheless. Completed the escape room and had time leftover so we played a shooting mini game. Headsets work with glasses, could still play, though they do press them into your face so if you have contacts that would be preferred. Would come again. Would be neat if there were a punch and or scored card souvenir for the completed escape rooms, like Mystery Key escape rooms have magnets that fit together for each room you've escaped from.
