Initially, I was thrilled to visit your establishment for my son's birthday. Upon arrival, I informed the staff that I was a non-member interested in joining and that I had my sons with me. I was then asked to provide my son's birth certificate as identification, which I understood, although I noted that this requirement was not disclosed on your webpage. Your website states that minors under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian and provide available identification. I had my ID, my son's school ID, state ID, and a copy of his birth certificate, but I was still denied based of policy he made up. I pointed out the discrepancy, and I have attached a photo The employee’s response was I will have my legal team address this matter further.

Been a member at GTC for ~2 years now, I have nothing but incredible things to say about this place. Their main priority is keeping everybody on the range safe. The workers are passionate about gun safety and general firearms knowledge. Extremely welcoming, and take the time to learn people by name. Sean, Blue, Holden, and Ben always greet with a smile. If you're serious about learning the basics of firearm safety, you are in good hands at Guardian Training Center. They will never hesitate to answer your 2A questions. I had a fantastic experience at Guardian Gun Range today. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, taking the time to answer all my questions about becoming a member. Their selection of firearms and accessories is impressive, and I found their prices to be very reasonable. The range itself is one of the cleanest and most well-maintained in the area, which made for a comfortable shooting environment. I purchased some shotgun ammo and left feeling confident and satisfied. I’ll definitely be returning soon. It's been a long time since being at a gun range. Matt did an amazing job helping my wife and I feel comfortable and confident during our session. Looking into signing us to a safety class. I would recommend Guardian Training Center to anyone!
