Always such a fun time at Dave & Buster's. Me and my friends were a little confused on where and hot to enter but we got inside! Its such a cool atmosphere, like a secret hideout! Many options of games and they have DDR!
This is my usual location. This visit was very disappointing. My server came over and said "do you know what your having?" I responded "Hello". We ordered and the food was fine but I never saw the server again until the bill. I've never searched for a person more in my life. I still tipped a little more than 15% which is low for me (I'm an 18-22% tipper). My complaint is that I spent $110 on food and $102 on 2 cards for my boys and they were not able to get Any "free" prizes (of course we know they're not free). The shop's point system has been raised so much that a blow pop would have costed $6.00! WTH!. We usually can get 2 pieces of crappy candy each for our time and money spent and my kids leave happy. My kids left empty handed and disappointed today because I refuse to pay $6 each in cash for a blow pop. Do Better Dave and Busters!!😡

Attended a private event in the large meeting room with the stage near the pool tables. Food was good for bar food, and the service at the event was fast and efficient. The meeting room was nice. That's where the good ends. The bar was poorly stocked and the bartender was inconsistent in making drinks. My Makers Old Fashioned tasted like bourbon and water with a took off simple syrup and a cherry. The patron next to me ordered the same thing, but it looked nothing like mine. The pool tables weren't maintained and had ripped felts. The arcade was overly loud. The restrooms had damaged doors and broken toilets. This place is fine in the private areas but not the public areas.
I am very disappointed in this business. They are located right on the Delaware River Trail, which is a tremendously popular running, walking, and cycling trail. There are constantly people moving along this trail enjoying the exercise or commuting safely. I don't own a car and for 2 years, I biked along the Delaware River Trail to get to work. Dave + Busters lets their semi delivery trucks completely block this trail while they are unloading. This forces pedestrians, runners, and cyclists into the extremely busy traffic along Delaware Ave. This is extremely unsafe and I am frankly shocked that this status quo is acceptable. I would recommend that they switch to smaller delivery trucks or schedule deliveries at non-peak times. This business is being a bad neighbor and forcing vulnerable trail users into unsafe conditions.
We stopped by Dave & Buster’s in Philadelphia for a quick visit, and it was such a pleasant surprise. It was a really hot day, so the cool air-conditioned space felt amazing. I expected it to be packed, especially with kids, but it wasn’t crowded at all. The atmosphere was relaxed, with more adults around the bar area where we stayed for a bit before heading over to the games. The staff was welcoming and the service was great. Overall, a fun and refreshing stop!
