If a same-day cancellation occurs outside this window, you can opt for a 50% refund or reschedule for a non-peak time. Rescheduling more than 24 hours in advance allows for any available time slot, while rescheduling within 24 hours limits options to non-peak times. Please note that same-day rescheduled events are not eligible for refunds. You have up to two years from the cancellation date to reschedule your event.
