To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled event. For same-day bookings, a full refund is available if canceled within 2 hours of booking creation. If an event is canceled on the same day outside this 2-hour window, you can opt for a 50% partial refund or reschedule for a non-peak day and time. Rescheduling more than 24 hours in advance allows for any available time, while rescheduling within 24 hours requires a non-peak slot. Same-day rescheduled events are not eligible for refunds. You have up to two years from the cancellation date to reschedule your event.
