Took the family to do the Bates Manor room and it was phenomenal. We made it out with less than a minute to spare. The staff was incredible and even offered some recommendations for other rooms to try here and closer to where we are staying in KOP. Definitely check this place out!!
My husband and I were swinging through West Chester, after we stopped at a previous escape room (which we were very disappointed in) after that room, we stumbled upon Bates Motel Escape Room. Let me tell you, this place was AWESOME!! We did Revenge of the Serial Killer, the whole place was thought out and you can tell there was time and effort put into this room. The clues were manageable but also challenging! There will also be moments of laughter had! We had so much fun completing this room and if we make our way back to West Chester we will definitely be coming back! Side note: David was the man!! He was so welcoming and he was extremely helpful and fun during our room.

Had so much fun last night here trying to solve all the puzzles and escape the room. The whole team and staff does great by giving some (but not too much) help along the way when they knew or we asked for a clue/hint. One staff member zarian who was incredibly honest to recover and return a valuable item back to me. Thank you so much @Zarian!
Without a doubt the best Escape Room I have done! 3 adults and 3 kids (under 14) and everyone had a chance to shine! Everything worked (which seems to be a novelty in Escape Rooms these days). It was clean and Air Conditioned on an extremely HOT day! The staff was attentive and friendly. We will be back soon (and will also explore the Laser Tag and Rage Rooms!)
We did The Gateway escape room and it was awesome! The puzzles and how you have to interact with them to unlock clues and steps was very creative! FINGER! We did this one as a Bachelor Party group and some first time escape room experiences amongst us, and really was a fun room for us all. Bates Motel Escape Rooms do a great job wIth room and puzzle design, super friendly staff, and we absolutely plan on coming back for more (have done 3 of them) AND Laser Tag!
