The Great Escape Room offers a flexible cancellation policy. A full refund is provided for cancellations made at least 48 hours before your scheduled booking. For changes or cancellations requested between 4 and 47 hours prior, a $10 per person administrative fee will apply. No changes or refunds can be issued for cancellations with less than 4 hours notice, or for no-shows and late arrivals. You can cancel through your confirmation email or by contacting the venue directly.

My group of 6 had a really fun time doing the Mountain Top Murders room—we were all pretty much beginners but were able to escape just in time! It was just challenging enough with lots of avenues for solving. Ruel was a fantastic game host! He gave us helpful hints when we needed them and was very personable. Will definitely come back!
Clever, immersive, and just the right amount of spooky! This escape room was an absolute blast from start to finish. The puzzles were smart and well thought out — challenging enough to make us think, but never frustrating. The atmosphere struck the perfect balance between eerie and fun, keeping everyone on edge in the best way possible. The staff was super friendly and clearly passionate about what they do, which made the whole experience even better. If you love a good mystery with a spooky twist, this is a must-try!
Amazing Escape Room Experience! I had such a great time at this escape room! The staff was super friendly and got us into the story right away. The room design was incredibly immersive with clever puzzles and just the right amount of challenge. We had to really work as a team to solve everything, and the final puzzle was so satisfying. I highly recommend this place to anyone who enjoys problem-solving, teamwork, and a bit of adventure! They do have emtional Support cute lol
