Absolutely amazing experience!! Loved that everything was technology based and not locks and keys. Super fun super make your brain work. Will definitely check out again if ever in the area. Definitely a top tier escape room for us and we have done over 20!!!! Coral was a great host as well!!!
My boyfriend uses the Morty app to search for the best escape rooms in the area while traveling and the room we did was one of them! The room was well decorated and the theme was on point. The atmosphere even in just the lobby was well done. We don't live in the area but some day when we visit again we will be sure to try another room! Our game master Mia was great at helping us when we got stumped a couple times and hopefully had fun watching our shenanigans. Makayla was also very helpful and friendly, staying after our experience to chat about any questions we had. Thank you guys and I hope to see y'all again!!

For a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled game. Cancellations within 48 hours are not eligible for a refund, but rescheduling options are available. To reschedule without a fee, provide at least 24 hours notice. For changes made with less than 24 hours but more than 3 hours notice, a $25 rescheduling fee applies, and availability is not guaranteed. Rescheduling is not possible with less than 3 hours notice. In case of a last-minute emergency, please contact us directly to discuss potential options. Future credit, with no expiration, can be issued if you are unsure of a new date, applicable towards a mission of equal or greater value.

We had such an amazing time at The Bureau! Our family signed up for the game show experience, and it completely blew us away. We competed against another family in a fast-paced series of trivia questions and hilarious mini games — it was super interactive and perfect for all ages. Everyone from the youngest to the oldest had a blast! We had so much fun, in fact, that we came back to take on the Robot Rescue escape room — and it did not disappoint. It was clever, engaging, and really challenged us to work together, making it a perfect team-building experience. The staff at The Bureau were absolutely fantastic including our amazing host Eric— friendly, welcoming, and clearly passionate about making sure everyone has a great time. Whether you’re with family, friends, or coworkers, this is hands-down one of the best group activities out there. Highly recommend to anyone looking for fun, laughter, and a little competition!
I can’t say enough great things about this escape room! From the moment we walked in, we felt so welcomed. The staff was kind, patient, and truly made sure we felt comfortable and included. The game itself had just the right level of challenge being engaging and exciting without being frustrating. It allowed us to celebrate small victories along the way, which made the experience even more enjoyable. What made this visit extra special was seeing my autistic friend light up with joy. The puzzles were designed in a way that encouraged teamwork and problem-solving without pressure, making it a truly inclusive experience. Watching him smile, celebrate, and fully enjoy the moment was absolutely priceless. If you’re looking for an escape room that balances fun, challenge, and inclusivity, this is the place to go. What a great time! This was my first experience at an escape room venue. We had a blast! Found a great deal on Groupon that I could not pass. The timing was perfect, since family was in town visiting. Our guide was great, the missions were super fun. We can't wait to return and try one of the other rooms!
