What a great concept for an entertainment venue! We recently went to the limited-time Stranger Things Fan Event gameshow and had an absolute blast.
The dedication to the theme was fantastic. Everything from the trivia to the interactive games was perfectly themed out, creating an immersive experience that any fan would appreciate. The atmosphere was high-energy, the games were engaging, and we genuinely had so much fun from start to finish. Our game host was Tori and she kept the fun going!
We are already looking forward to checking out their other games and future fan events. Hopefully, they bring back more Stranger Things events soon!

We did Legend of the Serpent Temple with a full group of 12 people, which is the max for the room, but it really felt like too many. Eight would’ve been a much better number. There was a lot of standing around and not much chance for everyone to take part. The host was great and really tried to make it fun, but the puzzles were pretty simple and not that engaging for teams of 6. The set looked cool, but for the price, it just didn’t feel like good value since most people didn’t get to do much.

For a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled game. Cancellations within 48 hours are not refundable, but you may be eligible for rescheduling. Rescheduling is free with at least 24 hours notice. If you reschedule with less than 24 hours but more than 3 hours notice, a $25 fee applies, and availability isn't guaranteed. Rescheduling is not possible with less than 3 hours notice. In case of a last-minute emergency, contact The Bureau to discuss options, including future credit with no expiration.

Absolutely amazing experience!! Loved that everything was technology based and not locks and keys. Super fun super make your brain work. Will definitely check out again if ever in the area. Definitely a top tier escape room for us and we have done over 20!!!! Coral was a great host as well!!!
My boyfriend uses the Morty app to search for the best escape rooms in the area while traveling and the room we did was one of them! The room was well decorated and the theme was on point. The atmosphere even in just the lobby was well done. We don't live in the area but some day when we visit again we will be sure to try another room! Our game master Mia was great at helping us when we got stumped a couple times and hopefully had fun watching our shenanigans. Makayla was also very helpful and friendly, staying after our experience to chat about any questions we had. Thank you guys and I hope to see y'all again!!
We had such an amazing time at The Bureau! Our family signed up for the game show experience, and it completely blew us away. We competed against another family in a fast-paced series of trivia questions and hilarious mini games — it was super interactive and perfect for all ages. Everyone from the youngest to the oldest had a blast! We had so much fun, in fact, that we came back to take on the Robot Rescue escape room — and it did not disappoint. It was clever, engaging, and really challenged us to work together, making it a perfect team-building experience. The staff at The Bureau were absolutely fantastic including our amazing host Eric— friendly, welcoming, and clearly passionate about making sure everyone has a great time. Whether you’re with family, friends, or coworkers, this is hands-down one of the best group activities out there. Highly recommend to anyone looking for fun, laughter, and a little competition!
