I went to the store a couple of weeks ago looking to buy a few items. I spoke with Dustin about what I was looking for and he worked with me for almost 2 hours answering my questions and making sure he was steering me to what would fill my needs and wants best. He showed great patience with all my questions and answered them fully. He also asked questions of me to make sure he understood what I was looking for. After we finished talking about the main items I was going to purchase, I asked him to show me some accessories to go with my purchase. Again he was patient and made sure I had what I wanted. For firearms purchased online, a 25% restocking fee applies if returned before transfer (within 15 days of FFL receipt); no returns once possession is taken. Ammunition is non-returnable both in-store and online. Other items purchased online have a 14-day return window if unused and in original packaging, while in-store other items have a 30-day return period. Optics are non-returnable. To initiate an online return for eligible items, contact sales via phone or email for a shipping label.

We shopped around couple different stores around orlando area and got far better deal from shoot straight. Ben had a incredible amount of knowledge and patiences with us to make sure we got what we needed exactly. Sam install our accessories and helped us a great deal as well. I would say we got better prices and far better customer services than we got in the other places we went to shop. Thanks guys for making it happen for me.
