This place is in need of updates. Staff was late; arrived after our 2:00 scheduled time and the room was not even set up. We had to wait for that setup. Locker provided at a cost is $3.50 and the staff holds the key! How insane is that? Room had barely enough small items for 1 person, let alone 3 people to bash. All we had was some glad items, played and baking dishes. Certainly not 25 minutes worth, we were done in about 7 minutes. The concept is great and what we bashed was fun, just not enough. Shouldn't advertise a 25 minute time period when it would not take any one person that long. Whoever owns this business needs to keep better check on the place. Would not recommend and certainly not for a large group.
The appearance both inside and out is lacking, area is also much smaller than expected. The kids/young adults working there also have no enthusiasm or warmth. Pretty dry personalities too. I complained about the one TV when ad said 2 electronics and he explained that that would have been 2 small items and they gave me one large TV instead. Pretty disappointed but one kid made better and gave us another box of glass. They have nowhere to sit and eat a cake don't bother bringing one. We literally sang happy birthday and are cupcakes in the hallway for my kids birthday. Kids made the most of it but I wouldn't really recommend

This was worth the drive , staff was very friendly and allowed me to play my music on the speaker . 10/10 would do it again. However you will be sore asf the next day 🥴😂
My best friends and I celebrated my 31st birthday at Orlando Rage room and had the BEST time!! The staff was friendly and accommodating, the space was perfect for the occasion, and we felt safe the whole time. We highly recommend Orlando Rage Room for all of your special events, or if you just need to smash something! Thanks so much for a great birthday!
I booked this, then looked at reviews, then panicked….. FOR NO REASON! We booked this for my son’s 15th birthday for him and a friend. I was worried after reading some reviews on here and Facebook. Some said they never got their cupcakes, some said they didn’t get the amount of breakables and or no electronics some said horrible customer service. So glad we did it anyway because this was the best thing I ever did for my sons 15th birthday who has been struggling with being a teenager lol the young men working were professional and our room had all the breakables and electronics! The boys took the whole 45 mins when I thought after reading reviews they’d be done within mins lol. Definitely worth every penny. Only thing I would say, bring your own hard hat and face shield. The boys hats were falling off constantly and the shields were coming off the hard hats so they were constantly fixing those to protect themselves.
