I wish I had read the Google reviews before purchasing from this merchant. I bought tickets an hour before visiting, but when we arrived, we were confused—the location was in a flea market-type environment and difficult to find.
I called the merchant but only received automatic text messages directing me to book online through Groupon. After 30 minutes of searching, I finally read the fine print on the ticket stating it was “by appointment only.” We ended up leaving and doing something else in the area instead.
I contacted Groupon and received a refund for one ticket, but not for the second. The merchant claims I redeemed the ticket with them, which is completely untrue. Despite my explanations, Groupon continues to side with the merchant, claiming they provided a service I never received.
This business operates with poor ethics and should be held accountable. I’m still fighting to get my refund for the second ticket.

SCAM SCAM SCAM. Do not buy a Groupon with this company. They immediately mark your voucher as used even though you didn’t use it and will not honor their own voucher. You buy the Groupon, they take the money, and will not provide the service. Groupon is complicit in this as they are well aware this company is scamming customers, Groupon states they have a 3 day refund policy, but will not honor their contract as they say you already used the voucher because the rage room company marks your voucher as used the moment you email them as instructed your redemption code. Please do not fall for this companies scam. I’ve used Groupon forever and never had such an issue, but I’m shocked by Groupons lack of customer service and the fact despite countless customers advising Groupon of this scam Groupon still continues to allow them on their platform. Do not be a victim of these con artists and do not continue to use Groupon.

If you like throwing your money out the window, being ignored, and not even being able to participate in the service you booked, this is the rage room for you! I booked this for a group of girls for a bachelorette party and they canceled less than 6 hours before our reserved time. The only thing offered was a voucher or to book for a different day, I told the lady that none of us are from the area and one of the girls flew in for our trip. She told me the manager would give me a call to discuss a refund, guess what? It’s been a week, no call, no email, not even a messenger pigeon. I have called multiple times and other girls from our group have to, no answer or call back. Seriously, if this is the way they want to run their business they will not last much longer. I just want the $234.98 I paid for the service we never received back.
We booked this for my bachelorette party. The company canceled last minute due to a family emergency, no worries at all, I get it. They said we could have a voucher and we explained that wouldn’t work because we don’t live here, they have our ID photos. They knew that. We requested a refund and were told a manager would call us back. We have called them A TON with no reply. This is a huge scam. We will be reporting to the BBB.
My wife took the time to book this experience for me to relieve some stress and honestly I did however I would not recommend this place to anyone or travel back here. For starters we purchased a Groupon and they marked our Groupon as redeemed before we even booked. The lady said she needed to verify our Groupon when we emailed to asked some clarifying questions and redeemed it which fraudulent and refused to give a refund. 2nd- it will be cheaper to purchase your own items because a crate of small breakables is $25 or more 3rd- the location is hard to fine in the flea market it’s a small cage where outsiders can see you and watch you! Very uncomfortable. 4th- when we did find the place I asked the guy in the girl who was there were is the front the guy looked me up and down and said “yeah it’s around the corner” they asked if we had a reservation we responded with yes and we still had to wait until they decided to come. The lady had nervous energy. My safety equipment was damaged. Hat too big and the gloves was too big and also had holes in it…. I feel like this place is a rip off do not recommend….
