From the very first day I walked into Orlando FFL, I’ve been impressed, and that has never changed. Every visit has been a great experience. The store is always clean, organized, and professional, and you’re consistently treated with respect and kindness the moment you walk in. The entire staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and welcoming, and I’ve never once been disappointed or left without exactly what I needed.
I want to specifically recognize the store manager, Dylan Hydas. There truly hasn’t been anything I’ve needed that Dylan hasn’t been able to help me with. His main focus is making sure you’re happy no matter what, and he genuinely does everything possible to make that happen — and for me, he’s delivered every single time. He has helped me through multiple builds, provided expert advice, shared real knowledge, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. He’s incredibly patient, never rushes you, and makes sure you fully understand your options so you can make the best decision.
Dylan consistently goes above and beyond for his customers, and it shows. His professionalism, dedication, and attention to detail set the standard. This place is great. Cheapest place in Orlando to pick up and FFL transfer weapons purchased online ($25). Even most other places that are "cheap" charge 40-50, but not here.
Add to that, great customer service, no line when you come in, and it's hard to beat. That in and of itself is worth the drive out to Ocoee from Orlando.
All employees are super helpful. Last time I went in, they gladly helped show me how to install an accessory on my new item while we were waiting on the state to approve the background check.
