Wouldn’t come here again. This was my first time visiting and everything seemed to go smoothly at first. But once we went to the food counter, we ended up waiting almost 10 minutes before anyone came to take our order. The soda machines also tasted strange, and the excuse we were given was that they were “trying a new ordering machine.” After that, we bought some credits for the arcade and earned around 1,000 tickets enough to get something from the prize store. When we went to redeem them, the lady at the counter told us we had no tickets, even though I scanned my card right before walking in and it clearly showed about 1,000 points. They weren’t helpful at all. We waited around 30 minutes for the manager, and while they did add the tickets back, they put them on the wrong cards, which caused even more confusion. Overall, it was a whole mess. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t come again.
9/1/25: I intentionally came here so my little man can have some fun climbing the climbing walls. My family had a lot of fun playing together at Hapik in Garland, Texas. I searched in Florida for a similar place and Elev8 Fun is the closest with similar themed climbing walls like Hapik. Unfortunately, this place is not short or little kid friendly, but only big kid friendly when it comes to climbing activities. The climbing are was also closed too. It's just there for looks. My family played bowling. I wanted to set the bumper for my son but no one was able to help us do that after attempting to ask for help at the front desk twice. Terrible customer service. The place is lively and clean, just not little-kid friendly.

Fun place ‼️ kid and family oriented‼️ indoor play place ‼️ race bumper cars, rock climbing, arcade ‼️and blowing ‼️food service here was great also ‼️
Interesting to see getting there about 30mins after they opened and no wait - doing the Pro cart racing they give you a time - it is downstairs with the axe throwing & laser tag + pool tables. Definitely a place to come and enjoy with the entire family. They provide a veteran discount as well. The axe throwing for 1 hour seemed like 3hrs and a lot of fun + the Pro carts faster than expected and so much fun.
Elev8 provides a family-friendly experience, offering the Pick 4 activity package at $48 per person. After completing our activities, we proceeded to the dining area for a snack, where we found the pretzels to be generously portioned for sharing or individual consumption. We shared an order of wings, deeming them satisfactory. The venue features a bar, conveniently catering to parents seeking a beverage or watching sports and playing pool while their children engage in play. And don't forget to try out their go-karts lots of fun
