We had a terrible experience with Battleground Orlando and Groupon. We bought tickets for laser tag on Groupon thinking we were getting an all-inclusive deal. When we arrived nearly an hour early, the employees had us sign waivers and just watched us sit and wait. Not once did anyone bother to clarify that the Groupon was only a “discount voucher,” not actual tickets, even though they clearly had plenty of time to explain it. Instead, they waited until all the other players arrived, then singled us out in front of everyone to ask if we had wristbands. When we said no, they basically humiliated us, claiming we hadn’t paid—even though we had proof of purchase. They then demanded we pay an additional $21 per person to play. This was incredibly unprofessional, and honestly felt like a bait-and-switch scam. The staff showed EXTREMELY POOR COMMUNICATION, zero empathy, and no interest in resolving the issue. They wasted our time, embarrassed us, and the whole place was dirty and disorganized. On top of that, the Groupon and website both falsely advertised what was included in the package—like pizza and tickets—which were nowhere to be found. Overall, avoid this business if you value your money and time. The experience was disappointing, stressful, and dishonest.
This was so much fun. Kobe was an excellent guide as we played laser tag in 4 different arenas. We spent two ten minute sessions at each arena before going to the next. We will be back again.
Haven’t been paintballing in 7 years. Hit this field again with my daughter. Will, Ray, and Cody were great! They kept us engaged and safe the entire day. Though one of the classic fields that I remember was down from the hurricane damage . The service was way better than I remember. Come check this place out . You won’t be disappointed. Thanks again guys!
