Ben was A1 top tier customer service, very knowledgeable and great with teaching our two 7 year old kids how to do the game and walked them through it all. Highly recommend coming here and ask for Ben!
5 stars?!?!? That’s laughable! They need to do something about that staff. They could not give straight answers. “It’s gonna be 30 min wait” we come back 30 min later “it’s gonna be an hour wait. We would not have bought close to $200 worth of tickets if timing was more clear. Not to mention the staff here is very rude. Yes , we are waiting. But comes up to us and tells us we cannot wait outside the entrance. With the biggest attitude. We said this was not worth this headache. So we asked for a refund. Nope they said it was done through a third party…which is connected to the their website by the way. So they told us we had to contact them through the website to get the refund. The information, that was given to us was not helpful. We now have to wait til tomorrow to call back for a manager to get a refund. Since there was no manager on duty ON A SATURDAY IN ORLANDO that could help us today. Just avoid this place.
This place was fun, Birthday girl and friends had a blast. Staff was very helpful and great with the kids.
