I was here because my nephew had a party here POLO Thene super cute, and I have to say that this is a nice place for kids to play. But the place was very smelly. Like the carpet or the equipment wasn’t clean. The bathroom wasn’t clean either. There is a need for staff to be efficient. You have to pay people well. Our host was excellent to our family. I will say that the staff is very nice and I think that’s what makes people come back. I would have given 5 starts if the place was not smelly.

Great place for birthdays. Basically a big indoor playground park. Lots of jumping, climbing and running. We typically spend 2-3 hours. Kids spend a lot of energy. Pizza is pretty bad, go for the nuggets.

So my niece wanted to have her birthday here with her cousins.. They had a great time. Parking in the neighborhood is very scarce but we did find parking not too far.. All in all everyone had a great time..
Fun place for children to have fun, run and jump, it’s clean and safe, excellent for birthday parties. The staff is polite and friendly. We had amazing experience!
This review is from my son's perspective after celebrating his birthday there. We booked the platinum package with a private room, which was the best decision ever. I didn't have to do anything except to make sure the kids were safe when playing outside the private room. Elizabeth, our party host, was very kind, patient, attentive, friendly, and professional. All i can say she was awesome. The experience was amazing, the best day ever, according to my son. They have a lot of activities there: Trampolines, VR, bumper cars, spinning cars, ropes course, rock climbing, bumpy slides, and so much more. The pizza is a 6 out of 10. This is a kids paradise and parents nightmare😂. The park was so crowded, which was understandable. It was winter recess, and there was no parking spot. If i have to do it, i will do it because i know the kids will have fun. PS: The place is LOUD. Just keep that in mind if you dont like noisy places and outside food is not allowed.
