PanIQ Escape Room NYC is a premier escape room experience located in Midtown Manhattan, just steps away from the Empire State Building and Herald Square. We went for a double escape room and Jake was our game master for the first. I liked him so much I asked him to be our GM for the second. He was really funny and very amicable. He made me laugh quite a bit. We did the pirate one and the beginner space one. They were both highly enjoyable though I will say the beginner one was harder for us since it makes you think in ways that you don't normally think. I also want to mention there are a lot of combination locks but they weren't boring to solve! I didn't mind that they were combination locks at all since the puzzles connected to them were fairly creative and thoughtful. I recommend this place and hope to be back for the others we didn't get to try yet.
This is a fantastic escape room location!! The staff is absolutely incredible, really entertaining and extremely accommodating! The puzzle-design in particular stood out to me from other escape rooms. The games are pretty difficult, but definitely doable, and the staff is very helpful with giving clues if you ask for it. Overall, would definitely recommend!!

Casey and Jake were absolute gems! We came here for my friend’s birthday and had an incredible time doing the pirate-themed escape room. You can really tell how much thought, creativity, and brilliance went into designing the puzzles. It was challenging in the best way and so much fun. Highly recommend and hope to come back someday soon!
We had a really fun experience doing the Pirates Of The Bermuda Triangle escape room. The room was very cool with special effects that really enhanced the experience. The variety of challenges kept us on our toes. Jake was a great game master! When we were finished with the game, he explained the last puzzle we didn’t get to very well and took great pictures for us. Casey also gave us the rules and added to experience with the way he explained everything in character adding ti the ambiance and vibe of an already very cool escape room. Highly recommend! We will be back.
The rooms at PanIQ are all very well designed with great props. Even the waiting area is decked out in escape room theme decor and lighting. We had played Houdini’s Workshop and Pirates of the Bermuda Triangle on previous visits which were both great rooms with puzzles we have never seen. Today we played Moonshine madness to fit in with our theme for the evening of going to a speakeasy afterward. This was a great multi-room game with unique puzzles and excellent set design. Our game master was so much fun and clearly loved his job. Can’t wait to return and tackle the one remaining room.
