We had such a blast! We made a reservation at 6pm and despite being a couple minutes late (and needing to use the bathroom... getting around as a tourist can be rough!) the staff was super understanding and accommodating - and the game times are set durations in private rooms, so you don't have to worry about crowds and not getting your money's worth in playtime. We played The Floor is Lava and Squid Games. The Floor is Lava is definitely felt a bit more simple and felt more appropriate for younger kids, but Squid Games was quite challenging, longer, and super enjoyable overall! We'd definitely recommend Squid Games for anyone giving Immersive Gamebox a try for the first time. They also send you cute complimentary gifs of your experience and show your overall ranking compared to other players from the last couple weeks so you can see how well you did! Overall, highly recommended for anyone looking for something fun and engaging to do in NYC.
Came here for a birthday and had the most amazing time! We did the Batman and squid game games. I love both of these options. We like the squid game better but both are really a fun time. The attendants were so amazing and got all of our drinks so quickly and we’re just really nice. They also had lockers for your items, so don’t have to worry about that. Love the fact that they were free as well. Shan and Aylin were our people treated us amazingly Can’t wait to come back

This was my first time visiting Immersive Gamebox, and it was a really fun experience! The atmosphere was pleasant, and the space was clean and well maintained. You play inside your own enclosed box, which blocks out sound from the neighboring rooms, so the experience feels focused and immersive. I also appreciated the locker provided to safely store personal belongings while playing. Overall, it was an enjoyable and unique activity perfect for friends, family, or even a creative date. Looking forward to coming back to try another game! Gina was great,she was pleasant great customer drive.
This place is a wonderful attraction in NYC! 🗽 Immersive Gamebox 🕹️ on the Lower East Side has lots of immersive game rooms that use projection 📽️ and head tracking 🖲️ to offer a great time for any group - perfect for corporate outings 💼, meetups 🤝, or with your friends! 🫂 They have a nice drink 🍺 menu 📃 and a super friendly staff! I wish I came here sooner and more often!
We loved loved loved it. It was a great date night activity. I took my husband to celebrate his birthday. He really enjoyed it. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The environment was bright and clean. I found this place on Google looking for virtual games and this came up and the squid game was the icing on the cake. The games weren't hard to figure out at all. Best choice great choice will be back again especially if new games come out. There is no hard liquor so be prepared but you can get a beer or cocktail which honestly wasn't bad at all we had a Modelo which was great for the environment. Definitely will recommend this place to people and thank you again for a great experience for a first time virtual reality game player.
