We had a great time with Mike Marelli. Despite our lack of experience, Mike made the session very approachable and fun. He is a clear, engaging and patient teacher! I would highly recommend booking a clay shooting session if you have a couple hours to spare!
My husband and I had a private lesson with Mike, and it was absolutely incredible! He’s not only very knowledgeable, but also funny and made the entire experience so enjoyable. We shot clay targets with shotguns, and he explained everything clearly, making us feel confident and safe while also having an amazing time. Mike is hands down one of the best instructors I’ve ever met. He was incredibly accommodating and supportive, taking the time to clearly explain the basics of skeet shooting in a way that was easy to understand—even for total beginners like us. What really stood out was his patience and dedication. Mike even stayed late after hours just so we could keep shooting, which we really appreciated. My father-in-law, who doesn’t speak any English, was still able to follow Mike’s coaching and ended up hitting a few clays—that’s the mark of a truly great instructor. It was a family-friendly atmosphere too—our kids played by the picnic tables and enjoyed watching the action. We had such a good time that we’re already talking about when we can come back. Highly recommend Mike to anyone looking to learn or just have a great day out on the range!
