Booking & Cancellation
Cancellations or modifications to existing bookings require a minimum of 5 days' advance notice. If a booking is cancelled within this timeframe, the customer will not receive a monetary refund. Instead, the full amount paid will be converted into a credit. This credit can then be applied towards a future booking at any of our locations. It is important to note that this credit is valid for a period of 60 days from the original cancellation date, after which it will expire. This policy ensures flexibility for customers while managing scheduling and operational commitments.
