Our second visit wasn’t as fun as the first. The staff felt oddly serious and unengaged and didn’t offer the extra hints or encouragement the kids loved last time. The kids got excited and loud as the time drained and we were interrupted to be quiet which was discouraging and dampened our engagement and enjoyment. I brought four kids (8–12) and upgraded to a private experience. With more friendly, enthusiastic staff, it could have been great. We’ll try a different place next time.
I thought the experience was just okay. The employees could have been a bit more energetic—it felt like a rather strict environment. I also didn’t appreciate how my party was told there wasn’t a public restroom; the tone came off as somewhat rude, almost like we were being scolded. Overall, the customer service fell a bit short for me, and the overall energy from the staff felt flat.
My gf and I loved The Alamo room, and our game master was attentive and fun! This was my friend’s 1st escape room, but we both were blown away with the inside details and the fun of the game. There were definitely some challenging elements, but we loved it! We beat the clock with 4 minutes to spare. This was my first escape room at this location, but it definitely won’t be my last!
