Everyone knows games will be fun, so I'd like to give a shout out to the staff. I had various opportunities to interact with people throughout the venue. I took my toddler there for lunch and A/C while she played on the gigantic jungle gym and bounce houses. Throughout the visit we interacted with a bartender (accepts food orders for outside the bar area), a server, ticketing staff, two guys working by the bowling alley, and the always-vital restroom attendant. Every person was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Kudos to management for fostering a great team.
I really enjoyed this place. I was like a big kid and I’m 50 years old. The staff top tier. We went there for our family reunion event and they did a great job accommodating us. The food was cooked to perfection and the drinks was pretty good I loved the layout of the building. I definitely recommend coming pre-take in the shenanigans when you visit Texas. Five star

Went with my daughter tonight for the Unreal Garden, well is not something I would recommend for adults… I got very dizzy and experienced headaches. The game room was better and we had a good time playing. The place looks clean.
So much to do here. The day pass is the way to go. Only gripe is the arcade is way too expensive. Kids had a $50 card that lasted 15 minutes and won them 100 tickets. Enough for some candy. Cut those prices in half and you will have way more people playing and still make great money. Bowling was fun, kids zone was great, or was incredible and Lazer tag is best if you have alot of people. We did it with a dozen and had a blast. Then we did it just the 3 of us and not so much, but that's an easy thing to deal with. Easily a 4 hour day and we could have stayed longer. Overall a solid option for the family. Expect to spend $150-200 for 4 people if you don't eat.
Shenanigans did a great job hosting our team dinner event tonight for the Varsity Rockwall Baseball team! The service was top notch! We had Chloe as our server! They set up a salad, pizza, pasta buffet complete with spaghetti and meatballs + chicken fettuccine alfredo. We rented out the axe throwing room where they held the buffet and the boys were able to play pool and even corn hole! It was a smart, fun and manageable way to host 25 hungry teenage boys while offering them some fun activities to do while team building. The events coordinator, Melissa was so easy to work with. She was extremely responsive and made the process so easy. I highly recommend using them for your events if you are looking for a worry free was to host! 5 stars for me ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
