Booking & Cancellation
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled session. An automatic reschedule will be arranged during your cancellation call, and a $25 rescheduling fee will apply. Cancellations made on the same day as your appointment are non-refundable, but you may reschedule for a $25.00 fee. No-shows will not receive a refund. In the event of a weather emergency, your appointment will be rescheduled, and no refunds will be provided.

Came here with my best friend and had a great time! Definitely gets the adrenaline going and helps to work out built up emotions. I will definitely be coming back here multiple times! I needed it more than I though and it felt really good to work through everything! Staff is extremely friendly and amazing. Good people and a lot of fun. Highly recommend!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I brought my daughter and her friends to smash stuff here. The girls all transformed into rage beasts for the one hour they had. They clearly needed the outlet for their middle school angst. The crew here was incredibly accommodating and are just fun people. Come check this place out!
Took my mom and dad here after 511 days of pure hell and frustration. So much loss in the last few years for all of us. This was cathartic and we definitely will be coming back! Thank you for having this place. Definitely a therapy session.
