The escape room was absolutely unprofessional. We paid 3.5k for a room where 2 locks were not working, the vault was open due to human error. The game master had to walk in 5 times to fix things that were malfunctioning. The staff was even rude when we tried to confront them about this.

Cancellations made 48 to 72 hours before your scheduled booking are eligible for a 50% refund. For cancellations less than 48 hours prior, refunds are generally not provided, unless you show up with a prior cancellation notice. No-shows are non-refundable. Rescheduling is free if done 48 or more hours in advance; otherwise, a 25% rescheduling fee applies. Large groups (over 7 participants) must cancel at least 5 days beforehand for a full refund. Refund requests should be emailed to info@theamazingescape.in with booking details and reason, and approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. Discounts and promotional offers are non-refundable.

Absolutely fun experience! We went as a beginner group of 6 and did not have a lot of expectations. The intricacy of the puzzles and the twists were amazing. We did the Dragon's Treasure - and would love to come back for the others. The crew is very helpful for both puzzle and non-puzzle things! 5 stars!
We went as a group of 5 people. The theme was good, the puzzles are slightly difficult but it’s fun. The managers were really nice and it was not that crowded. They also have mini golf on the top floor.
We were group of 7 people. It was nice time spent there.. they had unlimited clue options.. we won the game 😀
