For cancellations made more than 24 hours before your session, you can receive a 97% refund to your original payment method or a 100% refund as store credit. If you cancel between 15 minutes and 24 hours prior, you'll get a 50% refund or 80% store credit. Cancellations within 15 minutes or no-shows result in forfeiture of the fee. Rescheduling is free if done more than 24 hours in advance; otherwise, a 20% fee applies. To cancel or reschedule, use the link in your booking email, WhatsApp, or the website contact form. Note that third-party bookings are generally non-refundable.

Absolutely loved the rage room experience! It was the perfect way to release built-up stress and frustration. The safety measures were great, the variety of items to smash was impressive, and the entire process felt very therapeutic. Definitely coming back with friends next time!
Decent place, the visor doesn’t go great over your face if you’re wearing glasses. Also, prices had GST charged extra but did not receive a bill.
It’s a therapy room 🤩 it was a 30mins sesh in 1299/-.. we smashed quite a few things here which was super safe and super fun..it’s not expensive and allows you to loosen up. You can let your emotions show up on these items. It’s therapeutic.. Go for it with your gang and you’ll love it..
