Avoid at All Costs – Overpriced, Broken, and Mismanaged This place is a complete rip-off. The infrastructure is falling apart, with broken equipment that’s just propped up to look functional – one steering wheel literally came off in my hand. The games are ridiculously short and not worth the money. Horse riding costs ₹350 for barely 1–2 minutes – more like a token ride than an actual experience. Everything feels shoddy and slapped together with zero care or maintenance. It’s run so badly it borders on being a scam. Save your money and take your kids somewhere that actually delivers what it promises.
I recently visited Dimension X in Gopalan Mall and had an incredible experience! The VR games were immersive and well-designed, offering a variety of experiences. The arcade games were exciting and fun, perfect for all ages. The Dream Cube experience was a unique highlight that truly stood out. Overall, the staff was friendly and helpful, making it a great place to visit for gaming enthusiasts. Highly recommend checking it out!
