Great customer service was 10 out of 10 and the experience was great, the place was really clean and organized. They also have snacks just in case you get Hungry. And they have everything and more that will need to play paintball.
This was one of the worst experiences me and my children have had out. I brought my kids here to enjoy a family day and when we came in the dude who was at the register gave us weird energy. I was being very kind and he was very rude to me and my children. He was treating me as if I couldn't afford to pay and when he realized that I could his rudeness grew. As he was giving my children the instructions he was being super aggressive towards them. He really hurt my children's feeling because they are very sensitive to people mistreating them. My children said they never want to come to this place ever again. What was so funny was I saw him treating some customers who he thought was better with the upmost respect and barely wanted to say anything to us or was rude and short while speaking to us. I still made the best out of it with my children, but we will never come back here.

We had so much fun. I got my tickets to Groupon and it saved me a lot of money. The staff was very nice and helpful. Well be back!
I did enjoy the experience, but some things can be improved. The facility is an old building fairly small, with a slight odor, but overall, it is well kept. The face mask needs to be maintained better and cleaned properly. Also, the wait time in between games/ playtime varied anywhere from about 8 mins to 20 mins, which means we had a nice amount of idol time. The interaction with staff was not rude but awkward. They do have lockers for rent, and they sell a few bottled beverages. I guess visit and give it a try, I will try paintball again, just another establishment.
The boys had a great time here! We have now been twice and they enjoyed it just as much as the first time. It's completely safe in a well controlled indoor environment. Staff are great and run the games smoothly. We recommend wearing an extra pair of clothes if it's your first time going. The paint shoots can sting a bit. After a few games the boys were hot and said the paint didn't hurt. Plan to be there for at least 3 hours.
