This was such a freeing experience and my first time doing anything like this. One thing that was big for me was being able to yell and scream and shout FREELY, and express anger outwardly for the first time EVER, and it be safe and encouraged. Robin was such a great host, and I recommend The Smashbox to anyone with pent up rage and anger/grief, stress etc. I will definitely be going back!

We had a BLAST!! We definitely let out a lot of rage!! The owner was amazing!! She was very hospitable to our group!! The play list of music was awesome, and the vibe was nice! If you are looking for a place to Smash, the Smashbox is where you need to be!!
