We loved the experience the first time so we came back to celebrate my daughter birthday. We were a bit late which is our fault but the first thing the staff said to us is tell us that we are late and it didn’t sit well as a first greeting. During the game, my headset stopped working and I called for someone but no one was in the room so I had to walk out to get the attention. The staff came to help but she was very stern and we didn’t feel welcomed. The game still fun but the staffs were not as nice as the first time. If we spent $300 for 1 hr, we expected them to have a bit more patience

Great adventure for my husbands 47th birthday. We came wait to come back and although we were late the staff will were able to get Us in. They were very generous and friendly. And i won TOP PLAYER Howell Mill location
This was my first time at Sandbox VR and we had such a blast! The whole experience was so much fun and super easy from start to finish. Booking online was simple, and when we got there everyone was so nice and helpful. They made us feel comfortable and made the whole thing even better. Definitely glad we booked with them. We will be back for sure!
This place is SUPER fun!! We played the game DEAD WOOD PHOBIA. Once we arrived at the Sandbox the staff was REALLY REALLY nice, professional, fun, and helpful. We had a team of 5 people. 3 of the 5 people we didnt know but that made the experience even better. It was a great opportunity to meet new friends The game lasted about 30min and they allowed you to select your weapon before you start the game. Price was about $55 per person. At the end of your game they will give you a video of your game play. Great place for kids and adults to have fun
