They Gave my drivers license to another woman… guy helping was very dismissive and told me I’ll be alright as he was shuffling to find it for a few mins and I said I was hangry and wanted my ID. He told me women always make that excuse and I’ll be alright… still no ID though. After a woman that took over the situation, she said the manager will pay for the replacement ID AFTER I showed I paid for another one even though 20 mins of time was wasted and my ID was last in their care because again you can’t go to the range without handing over your ID… was offered a free hour for pistol range when we brought in AR and a Glock… honestly this is a major safety issue to me as anyone could use my ID for anything and this matter wasn’t handled right down to the flippant attitude of first employee, and giving me coupon for guns we didn’t come to shoot with.

Really appreciate the customer service. Kelani was very helpful, knowledgeable, and most importantly patient. I knew what features I wanted but tried out multiple guns to find the right fit. When I finished in the range, Kelani was on break. A rep stated he would help me but got caught up checking people in. Caleb graciously stepped in to assist me with my purchase even though he was working with another customer. Caleb got me started with my purchase and Kelani finished me off. Seamless process. Very grateful of those two.
I had the best experience at this location today! Tatyanna and Terrell had great attitudes and patience helping me get started with great conversation, eye protection, ammo, and targets. Mitch was so amazing as an instructor very through, intentional, and informative session. He listened to my concerns and goals and guided me through the session with ease and I left feeling very confident and excited to practice at home before my next lesson. Bleu and Antonio were very knowledgeable and had great conversation and personal connection to wanting to help the community learn more about gun safety and proper usage. I also got my first gun cleaning done by Bleu. His customer service, patience, and attention to detail was greatly appreciated. He recommended some great people to follow for more information and places to go for further gun care and ammo. I will definitely be back this place is a complete gem!
I went to this range for a class, but the instructor was not there when I arrived. I waited for 30 minutes, and the manager was not available to give me a refund. Instead of offering a proper alternative, they tried to have someone with little to no gun training experience work with me. The whole experience was unprofessional and frustrating. Don’t go here for lessons this is the worst place I’ve ever been for training.
