TJ was a great help. Everyone was nice to my son and I. We shot over 100 rounds through their guns. This place has what you need! Wednesday is ladies day so my wife took the kid back yesterday and had a ball again!
Went in the other day and the whole experience was just bad from the start. Bill was working and his attitude was awful. He barely acknowledged anyone walking in and seemed more focused on whatever was on his phone than actually helping customers. I tried asking a quick question and he gave me this look like I was bothering him. When he finally answered, his tone was short and sarcastic. It was honestly shocking how disrespectful he was. What really sealed it was how he started talking to another employee after I walked off. You could tell he was making comments about me because they both started laughing right after. I shouldn’t have to feel uncomfortable or disrespected just for asking a question. It’s frustrating because I’ve been in here before and it used to be a good environment. Chevy always treated everyone with respect and kept things professional. Now it just feels negative and tense. If this is how Bill acts on a regular basis, management needs to do something about it. Customers shouldn’t have to deal with that kind of behavior.

I’ve been coming to Range, Gun, and Safety for years, and it continues to be my favorite location. The staff here is extremely knowledgeable and always takes the time to make me and my guests feel welcomed, comfortable, and respected—something that sets this place apart from other ranges in Metro Atlanta. The environment is professional, safe, and friendly, making every visit an enjoyable experience. Whether you’re a first-timer or experienced, you’ll feel right at home here. Highly recommended!
Range, Guns & Safes North Location was a wonderful 1st time experience. I just moved here and been to different ranges across the US but this is the first place that felt like home. The Manager Chevy was very welcoming and has great energy. The staff were very helpful. I definitely will be recommending the North location to more people.
I had an amazing experience at Range, Guns & Safes! Having been to ranges in Virginia and Maryland, I can confidently say this one stands out above the rest. Unlike other places that rely on a 15-minute video, the instruction here was hands-on, thorough, and tailored to make you feel confident and comfortable. Chevy and Bill were absolutely fantastic—knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly friendly. They made sure we understood the fundamentals and answered all our questions without rushing us. It was a great balance of professionalism and fun. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere, perfect for both beginners and experienced shooters. If you're visiting Atlanta, this is definitely a must-stop spot. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to learn or just have a great time on the range!
