Walked into ready aim fire this afternoon without ever holding a gun in my life. The guys at the desk broke everything I needed to know down- ensured I understood- reviewed safety stuff and made a suggestion for a rental. Went to the lane- had a blast then bought 2 more boxes of ammo 10/10 experience.
My go to range because it's close by. Been going for about 4 years now. Recently I've been noticing that I would have black spots in my mucus after shooting here. Got my lead levels checked and they were 24. The ventilation is very poor and I believe that's the issue. I've been to another range recently and had no black mucus. Came back to RAF 2 weeks later and same black mucus. I won't be going here anymore.
This is a great range imo. Always a pleasure shooting there and if I’ve ever needed assistance the crew was always helpful. This is my main spot just know they don’t allow rifle rounds but if your a pistol shooter or if you just want to plink some .22lr from a rifle you cant find a better place northeast of Philly.
