Had such a great experience! The staff were extremely friendly. The escape room we did was extremely fun and well executed. Our game master was absolutely amazing, super friendly, helpful (when we needed it), and accommodating. The puzzles were challenging in a good way, the atmosphere was awesome, and overall a fantastic experience. We will definitely be coming back again to try some of the other rooms. Highly highly recommend!

Booking & Cancellation
Olde City Escape Games maintains a strict "all sales are final" policy, meaning no refunds or credit are issued for cancellations, missed bookings, late arrivals, or non-compliance with safety rules. Rescheduling is possible if requested at least 4 hours before the original booking time; however, requests made within 4 hours are subject to manager discretion and may incur a fee. Multiple rescheduling requests may also incur fees, and Saturday bookings cannot be rescheduled. Guests must arrive 15 minutes prior for safety briefings; late arrivals will have their game time shortened, and those missing the briefing may be denied entry without a refund. Failure to arrive on time without prior notice may result in booking forfeiture.

Great room and great vibes! Nia greeted my group at the door, was a fantastic game master, and the room itself (we did Midnighters) was so cool! We loved the aesthetics of the room, and the puzzles were fun. Highly recommend. The only thing is there isn’t a countdown clock in the room unlike most escape rooms I’ve done, so it’s a bit hard to keep track of time.
Olde City Escape Games was great! Their lounge was nice and cool (in terms of looks and also temperature - a nice reprieve on a hot day), and they had water and T-shirts available to purchase. We completed “A Quest For Freedom”, which was super fun! Definitely a unique escape room with some interesting features - no spoilers though! Our game master was also very helpful and entertaining throughout our time in the room. We will definitely be back to complete some of their other rooms!
This was an amazing experience! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room we did was alot of fun and with an unlimited number of clues (we asked for help five times) we were able to get out with 4 mins left to spare. All in all, I would definitely go back and recommend this escape room company to all my friends!
