To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled event. For same-day bookings, a 2-hour window from the booking time is provided for a full refund. If an event is canceled on the same day outside this window, you can opt for a 50% refund or reschedule for a non-peak time. Rescheduling more than 24 hours in advance allows for any time slot, while rescheduling within 24 hours is limited to non-peak times. Same-day rescheduled events are not eligible for refunds. All cancellations allow for rescheduling within two years.

It was awesome me and my nephews and my son worked up a sweat and a good appetite playing here and there’s so many different ways to throw it and play and Alexis kindly showed us all we needed to know.
