Booking & Cancellation
Cancellations for events must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. For same-day bookings, a 2-hour window from the booking time is provided for a full refund. Cancellations made on the day of the event are eligible for a 50% refund per ticket or a voucher for rescheduling. All bookings can be rescheduled, with same-day rescheduling available for non-peak times, which include Wednesday, Thursday, Friday until 3:40 PM, and all day Sunday. Peak times are Friday 4:30 PM to close and all day Saturday.

We did the pirate ship room and had a great time. The setup looked great too. Gordon was our guide and they were super helpful when we needed. It’s not the hardest room we’ve ever done so if you’re looking for a serious challenge maybe try elsewhere, but we found it very entertaining.
We had a great time escaping the Pirate ship room. Laura Lee and Pat were awesome! We were a group of 4 all with past escape room experience. This room was challenging but not so much that we didn't escape! We had 17 minutes left. Anyway, we will definitely be back to check out their other rooms!
Laura Lee was the absolute sweetest! She was super enthusiastic and in character the entire time. She made us feel super comfortable and was super helpful when we needed a hint. This was my first time in an escape room and it could nit be better. We did the hardest one and made it out with just 2 minutes to spare. It was a very cool themed escape room. Super challenging and fun. Laura Lee was the best host though, she made the experience amazing! 😊🙌
