What is the escape room experience?

You and your team will solve a series of puzzles and challenges to complete a mission within a themed room. It's an immersive team experience designed to be fun and engaging.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

Cancellations made after booking incur a $5 fee per person. For a full refund, reservations (excluding group bookings) must be canceled with more than 48 hours' notice; group bookings require 14 days' notice. Rescheduling is possible with 4-47 hours' notice for a $10 administrative fee per person. No refunds or credits are issued for cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice.

How many players can be in a room?

Most rooms accommodate a maximum of 8 players and a minimum of 2. 'The Gate' room requires a minimum of 3 players due to its specific game structure.

Are reservations required or recommended?

We highly recommend making reservations in advance. You can book for the number of confirmed attendees and add additional players upon arrival, up to the room's maximum capacity.

What is the cost per person?

The fee is $44.95 per person for all games and players, regardless of age.

Are the escape rooms physically demanding or accessible?

You won't need to lift heavy objects, but some rooms may involve tight spaces, crawling, or require stepping up and down. Specific rooms like 'Cinema 7' are physically active, requiring crawling and climbing stairs.

How much time do we have to complete a room?

Each game is designed to be completed within 60 minutes from your scheduled start time.

Are there age restrictions for players?

Players of all ages are welcome. However, participants under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult. The per-person fee applies to everyone entering the room.

Did Cinema 7 tonight with a friend visiting from out of town. It was my first Escape Room ever and we could not have asked for a better game master than Chris! He was engaging, knowledgeable, and made us feel right at home. Will definitely be back!

This was such an awesome experience. We did Cinema 7 with 6 adults and 1 kid. It is not scary but has spooky-ish music and when a door opened, I did yelp. Fun theme, unique puzzles. We were close but did not escape. If all their rooms are like this, I highly recommend! Bee was a great GM!

Booking & Cancellation

For individual bookings, a full refund is available if you cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellations made between 4 and 47 hours prior to your reservation will incur a $10 per person administrative fee. Please note that no refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made less than 4 hours before your booking or for no-shows. For group bookings (9 or more people or with special accommodations), a 14-day advance notice is required for a full refund.

I had an amazing experience at the escape room, and a huge part of that was thanks to our host, Liz! From the moment we arrived, she made us feel welcome and energized for the adventure ahead. Her explanations were clear, engaging, and full of enthusiasm, which set the perfect tone for the game. Throughout the experience, Liz struck the ideal balance. Offering just enough guidance to keep us moving without giving anything away. Her positive attitude and genuine excitement made the whole event even more memorable. If you’re thinking about booking an escape room, I highly recommend choosing one hosted by Liz. She truly elevates the experience!

We have played all 7 games at this location and they were all absolutely amazing!! Chris and Liz are stellar and extremely friendly. They were accommodating with our early requests and it made the entire experience painless, fun and eventful. We were allowed to dip next door for a bit of quick fun at Main Event and in between games which made it all even more fun filled. I’d highly recommend trying out this location!

We did Disappearance and our game master, Angelina, was AMAZING. I felt more welcome here than in my own home. She was so hospitable and made everything super easy to understand. We couldn’t decide on a room, but after sharing just a few descriptive words, they were able to pinpoint the best one for us and she NAILED IT. The room was everything I ever wanted. There were so many other people we saw her help so fast. Before my heart could beat twice, they had already taken care of the others and were ready to bring us into the room. Again the hospitality was amazing, if there weren’t so many locks and the room wasn’t so creepy and dark, I would’ve thought I had checked into a 5 star hotel. I will definitely be coming back after this experience, this made my night, no made my year.
