We had such an amazing experience at The Escape Game Orlando playing “The Playground”! Sunshine was our game coordinator and she was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She was upbeat, encouraging, and made the whole experience even more fun with her perfectly timed hints and positive energy. Loved our game experience on vacation! My family and I have been to several locations of The Escape Game on the east coast and enjoyed them all. We were determined to return to the location in Orlando because of the great service and awesome experiences we’ve had here in the past. This most recent visit was excellent as well! We visited on May 15, 2025 and played the Mission to Mars game. It was so fun, engaging and had lots of cool and unique elements - not too easy and not too difficult, but indeed challenging! We victoriously escaped and each one of us had a great time. Our game guide, Stephanie, was excellent! She gave us really wonderful feedback after the game and genuinely seemed excited for us when we escaped. Will definitely return and hope that Stephanie is our guide again!

We did the Playground advanced reservation for 9:40am. We're the first ones there, got a little early and waited, which was fine because the TV had some practice puzzles we could play on our phone which was cool! The boys even liked the sticker they got for finishing one. Staff was very friendly and kind and Sunshine was the absolute best and vital to helping us Escape. We went with 2 adults and 2 kids (11 and 9 about to be 10). Which is younger than the recommended age but the Playground was perfect for them and honestly liked testing their skills and helping them through it. They loved the up and down climbing around and physicality of the games, and the adults liked having the kids do the dirty work. 😁🤣. Love the set up, and the multiple rooms. And loved having Sunhines of our lives helping us whenever we needed it the unlimited hints is vital for first timers or with kids. Loved the bounce back offer and got some giftcards for a future use, weither I do it with my family again or some friends once my family leaves. Might have gotten me addicted and want to see what the other rooms are like!
10/10 place to go for escape rooms . Tons of fun to be had and the employees are out of this world!!! Never had a better experience with the game masters and employees at an escape room before especially Jerome, he’s most definitely a fantastic guy!! Came in for a few games with friends for my birthday and he made it an amazing one to remember for ever!!! All the employees were super polite and friendly actually showed they cared to be there and love their jobs! Great place to go to for some escape rooms if you want the best experience possible!!!!!!!! All the decor and rooms were fantastic and looked great too super cool place!
From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the kindness and professionalism of the staff. We first met Ashley, who greeted us with the warmest smile and made sure we felt completely comfortable and informed before starting. She was incredibly inviting and set the tone for what would become one of the best experiences we've ever had. Next, we met Caleigh, who introduced us to the "Playground" room. She was just as warm and friendly, walking us through everything and making us feel right at home. At one point, I accidentally spilled my drink, and without hesitation or frustration, Caleigh cleaned it up with a smile. That kind of service is rare and so appreciated. We had such a great time that we decided to do another room — "The Depth" — and that’s when we met Bella. What a burst of energy! She was an absolute delight, made us laugh, explained everything perfectly, and even asked if we were celebrating anything. When we told her it was my wife's birthday, she surprised us after the game with a birthday card signed by the entire staff. It was such a thoughtful and personal touch that meant the world to us. We felt so welcomed and taken care of that we didn’t want the night to end. We bought t-shirts, another gift card, and are already planning our next visit to The Escape Game — this time in Nashville! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our experience so incredible and unforgettable. You all went above and beyond. We can’t wait to come back!
